Third Nature has 2 kinds of Owners - Artist Members and Contributor Members - each group electing 2 representatives to the 5 seat Board of Directors. The Board oversees label activity and developement to ensure work is accountable to all Owners and fulfills the mission of Third Nature.

Owners of Third Nature

• An Owner is legally an "Owner**"** of Third Nature.
• It’s possible for Owners to be two or more kinds of Owners at once, meaning they have the rights and responsibilities of those two or more Owner categories, but they will still have only one vote on any decision put to Owners or on the election of any Director seat.
• An Owner can't transfer their membership interest to other people.

Artist Members:

Artists contribute by generating revenue through music, merchandise and ticket sales, and make most decisions about the day-to-day operations of Third Nature. Artist Members elect representatives to the Board, and vote on major decisions.

A person or group may become an Artist Member by:

• Approaching the label to become an Artist Member and being approved by the Board.
• Being pre-approved by the Board and accepting an invitation from the label.
• Aligning and agreeing: Committing to the Charter in these By-laws and completing an Member Agreement.

Initial Artist Members: The following individuals are Artist-Members as of the adoption of the By-laws on 07/12/2020: Gary-Martin Rolinson, Jack Rees and Rory Coughlan-Allen.

Contributor Members:

Contributors contribute by offering skills and/or services that help artists with releases (e.g. mixing and mastering), and/or the general running of the label (e.g. updating the website). Contributor Members elect representatives to the Board, and vote on major decisions.

Any person may become an Contributor-Member by:

• Approaching the label to become an Contributor-Member and being approved by the Board.
• Being pre-approved by the Board and accepting an invitation from the label.
