Democratic decision making is one of the core co-operative principles. Co-operatives are democratic organisations controlled by their members, who actively participate in setting policies and making decisions. Here is an outline of how we approach shared decision making, starting with who is involved on which decisions. At this stage the type of decision will vary between consensus, democratic and consultative. This process will continue to evolve and documented here.
