As Contributor Members it is important that the time we spend on making the label sustainable is acknowledged, so that time can be repaid. This is where we log time spent on carrying out specific tasks, predefined with other members.
Tasks are pre-agreed upon within meetings to ensure contributors are aware of potential repayment options and methods. If there's £££ available, it's ours! If not, we can be paid back in time by another contributor. Or, contributed time could also be given as an investment - which is also acknowledged.
Each Contributor Member has their own spreadsheet (for now) to keep things tidy. As and when the number of contributors increases, this model may change.
