Code of Conduct

Everyone participating in the Third Nature community including, but not limited to the Third Nature website, communication channels, and events - is required to agree to the following Code of Conduct.

This includes all artists, contributors, and community members.

Third Nature is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neurotype, physical appearance, body, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, language, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from Ampled at the discretion of the Ampled staff.

Definitions

Harassment includes but is not limited to:

• Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.
• Unwelcome comments regarding a person’s lifestyle choices and practices.
• Physical contact and simulated physical contact without consent or after a request to stop.
• Threats or incitements of violence.
• Deliberate intimidation or harassment.
• Stalking or following.
• Sustained disruption of discussion.
• Inappropriate physical contact
• Unwelcome sexual attention.
• Continued one-on-one communication after requests to cease.
• Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
