Prior to the first Board election, these By-laws may be changed by approval of a majority of Initial Artist-Members.

Once a Board has been elected these By-laws may be changed by approval of 2/3 of Owners at a duly called Owner meeting.

Each time a page in the By-laws is amended, the Board will email a copy of the new By-laws to all Owners, and will put the By-laws on the Third Nature website. The website will include an archive of all old By-laws. Each page of the By-laws will include a date showing when it was most recently amended, so that Owners can easily see where changes have been made.
