A Board of Directors is a governing body that guides organisational strategy, revenue distribution, and managing leadership roles. Our board of Directors is the decision making body made up of representatives from each membership class.

Third Nature Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is centered around the idea of "codetermination" and consists of elected representatives, to serve as stewards of the interests of each ownership class of Third Nature.

Artists (2 seats)

Artist Members elect 2 Directors.

Workers (2 seats)

Contributor Members elect 2 Directors.

Community (1 seat)

Community Members elect 1 Director.

Elections

Our first election for board representation will be held in summer 2021. We will elect 2 Artist Member Directors and 2 Contributor Member Directors.

Any Artist Members or Contributor Members can nominate themselves and vote in board elections.
